Returns & Refunds

At TAG-KLOI, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are glad to accept eligible returns for a full refund. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. The following rules apply:

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, saleable, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Final Sale, altered, customized, perishable, or personalized items are not returnable.
• Fine Jewelry may be returned within 14 days unless marked Final Sale.
• Price adjustments may be honored within 10 days of purchase.
• TAG-KLOI reserves the right to determine return eligibility.
• Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Excessive returns or cancellations may result in account restrictions.

Please allow 10–14 days for return processing.

To request a return label:

1. If you have an account, sign in and visit Order History. Click Request Return next to the item.
2. If you checked out as a guest, visit Return an Order, enter your order number and email, and follow the instructions.

• Affix the return label securely to the package.
• International returns may require 3 commercial invoices.
• Courier scan or receipt is required for a valid return.
• Returns sent outside TAG-KLOI labels may not be accepted.

Cancellation requests are accepted for eligible items. Follow the steps below:

1. Locate your order

   If you have an account:

   • Sign in to your account at tagkloi.com
   • Go to Order History

   If you checked out as a guest:

   • Visit tagkloi.com/cancel-request
   • Enter your order number and email address
2. Submit cancellation request
   • Select the item(s) you wish to cancel
   • Choose your refund method and reason
   • Submit your request

Important: Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, items must be returned according to the Return Policy. Final Sale items are not eligible for cancellation.

Follow the steps below to receive a return shipping label:

1. Visit our site

   If you have an account, sign in at tagkloi.com.

   If you checked out as a guest, visit tagkloi.com/request-return.

2. Begin return request

   Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Generate a label

   Select items, choose a reason, and complete the request.

4. Complete return

   Place items in original packaging and attach the return label. International orders may require 3 commercial invoices.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 7 business days after the return is received and processed.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
