Return Policy +

At TAG-KLOI, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returned products should be in the same conditions as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned.
  • Fine Jewelry Products are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days from the date the Product was delivered to you. Please note: in some cases, Fine Jewelry Products are not eligible for return, please refer to the Product's detail page for the return policy as the Product will be indicated as final sale. 
  • We are happy to honor requests for adjustments if your product was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
  • TAG-KLOI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition  
  • Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 30 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.
  • At the discretion of TAG-KLOI, any Product returned outside of the deadline for returns may not be accepted.
  • The costs of shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
  • TAG-KLOI monitors the number and condition of products returned and orders cancelled by customers. Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your TAG-KLOI account or future orders being refused.
     
  • All products that are considered Final Sale are listed below. These products are not eligible to be returned, exchanges or refunded: Customized Items, Vintage Items, Hosiery/ Lingerie, Wedding Dresses, Special Order Items, Items indicated as ‘Final Sale”

Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.

If you would like to return an eligible Product, please use the applicable return label as provided by TAG-KLOI. To request a return shipping label:

  1. If you have a TAG-KLOI account, sign in and locate the item/order under "ORDER HISTORY". Click "REQUEST RETURN" next to the Product(s) you wish to return and follow any instructions. A pop-up page will appear with the prepaid shipping label, instructions, and international commercial invoices (where applicable).
  2. If you checked out as a guest, visit TAG- KLOI Return an Order section and enter the order number and email address associated with your order. Select the Product(s) you wish to return, click "REQUEST RETURN” and a link to a prepaid shipping label will be made available. You will also receive a "Return Requested" email confirmation with a copy of the label, instructions, and international commercial invoices (where applicable) attached.
  • Simply affix the return label to the outside of the box. International orders must include 3 copies of the commercial invoices of the products being returned. This is to prevent any delays with clearing international customs.
  • Please make sure that FedEx or DHL either scans your package in front of you to register your return pickup, or that you obtain a receipt from the courier if dropping the package off. Without a valid pickup or tender scan from FedEx or DHL, or a valid drop off receipt, your return shipment is not valid.
  • Please note that TAG-KLOI may not accept liability for any Products or other goods returned to us outside our own return labels.
  • TAG-KLOI does not have a gift return policy at this time. Gifts are only refundable to the gift giver. To process a return, the gift giver is required to initiate the request.
  • This Return Policy does not apply to the extent of any conflict with applicable law, and if there is any conflict between this Return Policy and our Terms, or Terms govern.  Please see our Terms for more information on certain statutory rights we or you may have regarding returns.

 

 

 

Cancellation Process +

We are pleased to accept cancelation requests for eligible purchased items. Please follow below steps to proceed with Cancelation Request of your purchase.

  1. LOCATE YOUR ORDER

Options A: If you have an account:

  • Go to tagkloi.com and sign into your account. Access ORDER HISTORY by hovering over your name in the upper right hand corner. 

Options B: If you checked out as guest:

  • Go to tagkloi.com/cancel-request and enter your email address and order number.
  1. COMPLETE CANCELATION REQUEST
  • for cancellation, a Request Cancellation link will be available. visible Request Cancellation link, unfortunately, your items are no longer eligible for cancellation. 
  • Once the Request for Cancelation link has been clicked, you will be able to select eligible items within your order to cancel. Please choose your refund method and reason for cancellation.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen to select REQUEST REFUND to complete cancellation and process your refund.
Please note:  Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to update the shipping address or make changes to the size, style, quantity, or type of product ordered. Once you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with it, you may return it in accordance with the Return Policy outlined for the item. Final sale products are not eligible for cancellation

Follow the steps below to receive the return shipping label for eligible items.

  1. Visit our site

Go to tagkloi.com and sign into your account

If you placed your order as a guest, go to tagkloi.com/request-return and enter your order number and the email address for the order to start your return.

  1. Begin return request

Hover over your name in the upper right corner, locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, and select it

Please skip this step if you checked out as a guest, as it does not apply to guest returns.

  1. Generate a label

Click RETURN REQUEST, select each item you’d like to return, and choose a reason. Follow the prompts to complete the process and receive your label. 

  1. Complete return

Place each item you're returning with all original packaging inside the box. Print and attach your return label to the outside of your box.   International orders must include 3 copies of the commercial invoices for the products being returned. This is to prevent any delays with clearing international customs.

You will also receive a “Return Requested” email confirmation with

  • a copy of the return shipping label
  • instructions on how to properly return your items
  • international commercial invoices (where applicable) attached

Please also note that TAG-KLOI may not accept liability for any Products or other goods returned to us outside our own return labels.

Refunds +

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit to your TAG-KLOI account. The entire return process typically takes 7-10 business days from the date that it is received at our warehouse. that we can only issue refunds to the original card(s) used to place the order.Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through TAG-KLOI. Please note that TAG-KLOI does not refund the cost of outbound shipping.
