THE STAR: Terms & Details

Points: THE STAR program gives to all members a base point per eligible dollar spend for calendar year net purchase, retroactive to the first purchase to that year. Points cannot be earned on sales tax, shipping, alterations, and gift packaging.

Tier: Your tier is determined by how much you spend on your TAG-KLOI account over a 12-month period, and every purchase you make takes you a step closer to becoming a FIVE STAR customer. You will be upgraded to the next tier once your spending meets the next threshold.

Garment returns and other financial adjustments will be deducted from your total STAR points from your account.

THE STAR points, rewards, and benefits are non-transferable.

THE STAR reserves the right to change program rewards and guidelines at any time during the program year.

THE STAR points can only be redeemed using the currency in which they were earned .

Certain additional important restrictions may apply.

Corporate accounts are not eligible for THE STAR benefits and do not earn THE STAR points.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for processing and transferring of THE STAR points to your account.
